Place the State of Arizona on Double Secret Probation for its continued disregard for constitutional principles.

Created by J.H. on January 26, 2013

The State of Arizona has shown a consistent disdain for clear constitutional principles over the last few years. The representatives of that once great state have flagrantly misinterpreted historical events through a lens of fear and/or religious zealotry. The recent bill introduced to require a pledge of loyalty involving an implied oath to God is just another slap in the face of our nations founding spirit. This nation was founded on the principles of freedom OF religion, that includes the freedom not to be of any religion. Arizona's legislature should be immediately put on double secret probation and required to pass various constitutional law, ethics and U.S. history courses before again being permitted to pass laws, or even speak in public.
