place a statute of limitations on how long a person can be held accountable for past felony convictions.

I would like to be restored to a normal citizens state and have the restoration of my civil rights to vote, work, bear arms and become liscened in a career path. im a convicted felon who has been back in society for 10 years with no trouble and i still am held back from job opportunities and career paths because of these old felonies.
