Place tarifs. on US companies that have their goods manufactured in foreign countries.

The goverment needs to make it more diificult for U.S. companies to manufacture their goods in foreign countries by placing higher tariffs on the goods as they re-enter the United States making it less cost effective to do business over seas. We need the blue collar jobs to return to the U.S. to help save the middle class.
