Place term limits on Congress to keep them from becoming too powerful.

We all see how someone gets elected to congress and they keep being reelected for years to come. Well as the years go on, he/ she becomes too interested in being reelected and not in the needs of the people. We have term limits on the President but not congress. Why? One reason is because congress would have to vote themselfs out.
