I would like to place a time limit and child limit on able bodied Americans who receive government assistance to support their families. These individuals should be required to receive an education (GED and at least a 2 year college degree), a job, and have no more than two children if they would like to receive government assistance. The time limit should be approximately 10 years, this is enough time for them to do what they need to in order to support their own family. And the time limit does not restart if you have another child. I do not feel this should include seniors or the disabled or veterans. They should also be required to complete drug testing.
