Impose a withholding tax in which a "small percentage" of each entitlement payment - i.e. 2 yrs of unemployment (looking for a 3rd), welfare, food stamps, housing assistance, Obama Bucks, Obama Phones, bail outs for people who bought housing they couldn't afford, etc. - to allow the 47 millon members of our population who pay nothing in taxes to feel the pride of contributing to improving our economic state and learning the responsibility of a functioning member of our society by paying their FAIR SHARE.
It only stands to reason that where there is sacrifice, there is someone collecting the sacrificial offerings. Where there is service, there is someone being served. The man who speaks to you of sacrifice (OBAMA) is speaking of slaves and masters, and intends to be the master. (A Rand)
