The plan of sustainability will work with established power plants to transform into solar power plants. The government will use an amount of tax dollars to execute this plan over a planned number of years.
The more power plants that become solar power plants, the healthier the people of America will be. This will allow the atmosphere to clear of mass pollution caused by many existing power plants and will lead our country to a sustainable and healthier future.
