This petition is for President and Mrs. Obama to get Honorable Justice Kennedy's attention, PLEASE. I read his plea to congress, and I listened to some of it too. I see a man who DESERVES to called Your Honor, because Justice Kennedy honors and respects the POWER and CONTROL entrusted in him.
