A Plea to Protect Exemplary Employees who are still within their Probationary Period in the Workplace

Employees of all ages, genders, and ethic backgrounds deserve the right as American citizens to receive progressive discipline in the workplace before an employer is allowed to terminate them. Permanent employees are granted this right, and I adamantly believe that ALL employees should be given this right. Exemplary employees who are still within their probationary period, and who produce a fantastic work product and cause no harm or disruption to their colleagues, should not be terminated without just cause and verifiable evidence. One is innocent in this country until proven guilty, and that is precisely why all employees deserve the courtesy of being proven unsatisfactory workers before being discharged.
