Dear Mr.Obama, We the people of the great State of South Dakota would like to ask you and the members of ccongress to allow us and our nation to peacefully be allowed to peacefully resign from the Union of states. We here in the state of South Dakota have a wonderful goverment in place, our 3.2% unemployment along with our very low crime rate should speak for itself. we here in south dakota can take care of our own we just need to quit letting you waste our dollars.
