Please add Professional certifications to the Pell grant program for people who have an undergrad degree. We need additional retraining to re-enter the workforce. Many of these certification can cost up to $6,000.00 or more. It is hard to pay for the training if you are unemployed or retired with a small pension.
I am over 60 and need this option. The Pell Grant program excludes me because I have an Undergrad degree.
