This is an old problem and although forgotten almost the puertorican people are still here as a colony not called that but definitely a colony with a law that prevents them from trading with anybody but the U.S. so I ask for one of the next things to happen either make Puerto Rico a state (which I prefer) or sovereign or at least take the cabotage out so that P.R. can prosper on its own
