As a democracy "We the People" should be allowed to decide what is preferable for each individual state. What may be popular in some states may not meet the best needs of others. We should all be given the right, as a free people, to install what we see fit for our individual states. As Americans we have the right to rule decisions that directly effect our healthcare, economy, and taxes. Please allow us our right to do what each popular vote sees fit, so that democracy is perfected and made for the people by the people.
