Please allow Ferrero Kinder Eggs to be sold in the US again.

Created by R.S. on March 13, 2014

In 1997 Ferrero Kinder Eggs were recalled from US shelves because the persevered threat to public health from choking on the toy that the label states as being contained inside. These beloved confectionery treats are enjoyed the world over bringing joy to many young children and adults too. While the law that makes these treats illegal was passed in 1938 (Sec. 402. [21 USC 342]), they were not deemed a hazard until 1997. Please reconsider this decision and allow the joy to come back to the people.
