Allow filing of I-765 (EAD) and I-131 (AP) upon I-140 approval
Filing for I-765 (EAD) and I-131 (AP) is not allowed unless the priority date is current. Allow those with approved I-140 to get an interim employment authorization document (EAD) while waiting on a priority date to become current. Please proposed new rule so it will be hugely important to hundreds of thousands of individuals stuck in long EB-2 and EB-3 queues. It help in portable work authorization, and remove unnecessary restrictions on the ability to change jobs or progress in careers, as well as provide relief to workers facing lengthy adjustment delays. Workers and their families are suffering from this uncertainty and can focus their strength in the growth of country.
