Please allow my father to attend my college graduation in May. He deserves a second chance and we would love to see him.

Created by R.S. on January 22, 2015

My father was deported to the Dominican Republic in 1999. Ever since then he has remained in the Dominican Republic, he went to college and is now a business man. My siblings and I are US citizens and we live in Boston, MA. We are full-time college students and we both work fulltime, we barely get time off from work which means that we barely see our father. We have gone through terrible times here in the USA and we wish our father could come visit us for special occasions like the holidays or perhaps my upcoming college graduation in May. He will be so happy and proud to see how far I have come and I will be so honored to see him here at my commencement. I am requesting the USA government to grant my father a permission to re-enter the United States since it has been more than 15 years.
