Please allow all states and citizens to completely secede from the United States of America if they have met all the legal requirement to do so, as well as completely paid back the US government for all monies given to that state, in any form, since its original inception into the Union, in full
All states seceding must agreement to never ask or expect any support, militarily, politically or financially, trade or business from the USA of any of its Allies
All states seceding must establish themselves with the US government as any new country would have to. No exceptions.
These terms may change without notice to the seceded states and their citizens without out notice at the discretion of the US government.
