Please allow women to stay home for at least 3 paid months after their child birth with saving their position and salary

Almost every country has a maternity leave for women for at least 3 months, Russian government allows women to stay home for up to 3 YEARS and the full amount of SALARY is being paid during that time. Women should have time to spend with their children. We ask you to provide it for the very minimum of 3 months. Salary should be paid by the company, if not in full then at least half of it. The company should receive some benefits for that maternity leave they provide and it could be reflected in their taxes as some kind of donation. That's how we will increase American population and improve the health of the nation!
