Rockland Animal League. Rockland, MA 02370. This petition is about building a No Kill Dog and Cat Shelter for our beloved animals. This shelter will be at no cost to our town. We plan to build this No Kill Shelter with a ajoining Dog park, as this will provide play time for the animlas. The Rockland Animal League has now encountered some issues. As the Chairman (no one voted him in to be chairman as he took seat on his own) has gone behind our backs. Took numerous signatures for the No Kill Shelter and then turns around behind all our backs and tells the town that its a Kill Shelter. Please advise this is very important. As the president has a animal as well. And a huge heart as all of his family. Animals are people too. My position in this No Kill Shelter is utilizing my Reiki on the sick
