For 80+ years, Hostess snacks have been a staple of true Americana! Whether its a Twinkie, Ho-Ho or Cupcake, Hostess snacks have savory memories that run deep in our youth.
My memories of Hostess involve opening my lunchbox in the 1st grade. Once I got through my sandwich, it was on to snack and milk. IF I was good that week, my mother would include a Twinkie in my lunch. The memory of sitting outside at lunch in the school yard having a Twinkie is priceless.
We chose to bailout the auto-industry, why not bailout a company that whose product is enjoyed by millions of Americans each day?
