Please ban smoking in public housing.Im a disabled person with C.O.P.D and my neighbor smokes like a chimney.

we cant open windows here cause smoke comes into our home and im always in the emergency room with asthma,my child who is 10 years old also has asthma,the neighbor can sits outside all day puffing cigarettes and we live in seclusion.we have complained to the housing people, but they say there is no law to stop people from smoking in front of their apt...this causes the government to spend more on my medical doctor visits....it makes no sense.lets save tax dollars by ending this nightmare.thank you very much and God bless America.
