Please bring back the vrap program. Sense i got discharged. from the marines in 1980 my education benefits has run out. So. I don't have any education benefits left . So please bring back the vrap program so that i can finish my college work. Yes I still have 5 months of vrap left to finish and i need help. Thank you so much.
