Please care more about the nuclear test of the North Korea

A Russian press, Interfax, alerted that Youngbyon Nuclear Complex can cause a real disaster several times more severe than Chernobyl things, the historical biggest nuclear disaster. Even though the Russia's warning that built the Complex in the 60s' and the international concern about the facilities, North Korea is beginning to re-operate it recently. The U.S., Russa, China & Japan should cooperate to stop North Korea's reckless behavior only to threat its neighboring countries. Time is running out. The cub dictator, Kim Jong-un, is not prudent enough to consider the result of the nuclear mischief. Further more, a U.S official started to refer to the North Korea as one of the states with nuclear weapons.All the circumstances are making the global citizens worry about the terror.
