The drug testing system is clearly not tested correctly for its benefits. Its UNBELIEVABLE how hard drugs such as Heroine, can take the same urine drug test for employment and pass within 2 days to a week. While as Marijuana can take up to 1 week to 3 months. This is also a problem for states that legalized Marijuana usage and for medical purposes. This is an unfair system that doesn't benefit the mass population by deterring citizens from jobs that may help bring revenue into there home and to their families. For a * drug * that has killed far less if any, such as, medical drugs, hard street drugs( Heroine, Meth, Cocaine, Etc.), cigarettes, and even alcohol, the penalty for its use is extreme and abusive is should be corrected for todays standards.
