Recently nude pictures of celebrities were released on 4chan, the internet has deemed this, "The fappening".
The hacker who did this is being threatened with 128 years in prison and the FBI is working hard to locate and arrest him.
These charges are worse then that of some murderers (who often walk out of prison in 10-15 years).
I feel that this exposes the hypocrisy of the American justice system, since, if this had happened to a normal person, the ramifications would not be nearly as high for the hacker.
With that said, I feel that Mckayla Maroney should be charged for production of child pornography because if any other citizen had taken pictures of themselves naked at 16 they would be charged.
Most American citizens are not above the law, and celebrities shouldn't be either.
