this will make it easyer on the people of the united states and will make it easyer for people to whilseblow and it will hopefully meet the people of the united states standards. and it will reduces crime rate by ending wars on whisleblowers , drug wars , and the war on the people. if unenployment keeps going up it will hurt the enconmy and increase debt and make monopolies illeagle in the united states until the entire population feels that it should be legal again and i suggest that politions should not be afraid of change even tho chance can eather bring ups and downs and listening to protesters asin the ones who freely protest and create rallys freely asin with out a protest or rally license.
