This idea is to hire and send non-politically tethered groups into Iraq,Syria and all other official and unofficial theaters of war to kill ISIS/ISIL combatants before it's necessary for US troops to do so. Blackwater is one of many independent groups capable to succeed at this task. Send them! They can do the job with accuracy and efficiency.
Sending Blackwater and groups like them into the battlefield would allow the administration to keep the promise of "no boots on the ground" as it pertains to reengaging the enemy in combat on Iraqi or Syrian soil. It would also solve the issue of arming an distrusted opposition force.
Sending mercenaries would cost the country less treasure, encourage our allies of our resolve and lengthen our arm to kill our enemies.
