The purpose of my petition is to raise awareness of the human right of the Kokang peoples under the military government in Burma.
I notice that some news showed that Army began killing civilians in Kokang, and forced thousands of people to flee across the border into China. I hope U.S. government, as a UN member, could prevent the occurrence of massacre in Kokang.
