Please consider Appointment of Government Examiner to the Hostess Bankruptcy Case

Created by S.H. on March 18, 2013

The recent Bankruptcy Filing for Chapter 10 by Hostess Inc. Executives and the firing of 18,000 US workers is unjust and will leave the workers without pension compensation and without jobs. The only desire of the Wall Streeters who have run the company was to sale to vulture capitalists regardless of the impact to employees. Hostess executives have only today been caught taking workers pension funds and diverting them to "company operations". Hostess current condition is because of failed mangement and the Purchase Agreement states that successor liability to workers and employees for pensions or collective bargaining agreements will be none. The US Justice Department should appoint an Examiner to the Hostess Bankruptcy Sale transaction to insure fair compensation to the Hostess employee
