Please consider legislation to promote small business in the following ways:

1. Provide incentives for businesses to keep workers in the US.
2. Provide incentives and tax breaks for businesses that show growth from year to year and that also show increased employees. This will automatically without doubt make business owners disclose full details of their business operations and subsequently increase the amount of taxes the government collects therefore decreasing the national debt.
