There has been a documentary made about the Anita Hill - Clarence Thomas hearings that recalls the sexual harassment case against him before confirmation to the Supreme Court. It is pretty clear that this man should never have been confirmed. It is now time to readdress this injustice and a perfect way to do this would be to nominate Anita Hill, who has been an exemplary citizen, to the Supreme Court when next there is an opening.
