I am looking for the government to please move forward with what is considered HARP 3.0 which includes assistance with Non-GSE loans. Loans that are MBS (Mortgage backed securities). Extend to a very large group of families the ability to receive assistance. All loans that are not Fannie mae or freddie mack. HELP for those who make their mortgage. Help for those with ARM loans. Help for those with Conventional loans.
