Please create and enforce regulations on pharmaceutical companies to keep them from gouging civilians

With people like Martin Shkreli and the company Mylan jacking up prices exponentially to life saving medications without any kind of repercussions from the U.S. Government, the trend is going to continue. These medications cost anywhere between pennies on the dollar to a couple of dollars to make, yet they're multiplying the prices 400% or more. There is literally no reason for this outside of corporate greed. The proper time to act on this was a long time ago. It is important that this be halted as soon as possible. There needs to be regulation, there needs to be oversight. Even with insurance and discounts these medications can still cost as much as people pay for a whole month in housing costs or more. Please, take action against this horrible treatment of people who just want to live.
