Please create a Common Sense approval to fast track drugs that have demonstrated efficacy as a last option such as Ebola.

In instances where there is no cure with an expected terminal outcome for the patient drugs which are in existence shall be administered.

The ZMapp Ebola drug appears to be in part responsible for the improving expected outcomes for two infected patients.

The use of Common Sense to create a fast track non double blind administering of these meds should be considered.

The population of infected Ebola patients in Africa shows about a 60 percent mortality rate.

These could be factored into to analysis. By giving all future infected African patients the ZMapp (800 doses). This should provide a large enough sample size to compare.

We need to react quickly.
