Please delete Connie Harrisons citizenship as she was badly abused by her foster family in Volusia County Florida She was sent by them to a pedophile who raped,tortured and put her on the streets .At 17 she escaped to Canada .In poor health and still in agony over the memories all she wants to do is die as a free woman as a Canadian .Please delete her American status so she can die in peace knowing she is no longer connected to the place of her torment
