The informed electorate are well aware of the numerous merit-less petitions being formed and signed in the multitudes. However, the American people are still comprised of actual thinking and reasoning individuals, despite what these petitions may suggest. We implore you to disregard any and all misinformed petitioners claiming their right to secede and their desire to set this process in motion. The United States Supreme Court ruled in Texas v. White, 74 U.S. 700 (1869) that unilateral secession was unconstitutional. Please use this site for the betterment of the country and not as a soapbox for weak threats based on misinformation.
