If the money for loans is available to be used for economic stimulus, please do not forgive low-interest loans primarily taken on by the middle class. This money would be better spent on infrastructure, primary education, scientific research, health clinics, or providing even more educational loans. Forgiving these loans would be the least effective way of providing economic stimulus.
