My mother has been rejecting a visitor visa twice. I am a strict law-abiding resident of the United States and I wanted my mother, who has never been to this country from last 11 years to come and visit us. But, she was rejected twice from Mumbai consulate in India. There are no clear guidance for eligibility. Parents get rejected with no solid reasons to work upon the next time. Dreams are broken just because the visa officer has a doubt. I think, if the legal resident who is the sponsor is held responsible with strict rules then there should not be any reasons to reject genuine visitors who has no intentions to stay back in US.
Please fix this.
