We the people are getting tired of the tactics that companies like Comcast run on their customers. We are getting tired of having bill shock every 6 months when the bill 'discounts' expire. We are getting tired of having to call Comcast every 6 months to find out what 'specials' they have in order to reduce our bill to something more bearable. It is very frustrating when there is one provider in the area that offers decent internet while the rest of the providers barely offer anything considered broadband. Why is it that countries in Europe can get internet service that is 5 times faster than the US and full line of TV channels at a tenth of the price? Please do something about the monopoly tactics that big telco companies use.
