Please Educate Indian Government & US MNCs not to violate Basic human Rights of its Disabled Citizens

Dear Sir;
I am 52 year old, Mysore University Graduate with Degree in Engineering.
I am partially blind. I do not have vision in one eye. I lost vision in one eye due to Amblyopic at very young age of 10 years. I have partial vision in better eye.

As per Government of India Rules, Partially sighted Mechanical Engineers are not eligible to be employed.
Partially sighted mechanical engineer is not permitted to participate in Economic activities and earn live in decency and Dignity. In other words US MNCs deny an opportunity to earn, live in decency and dignity and enjoy freedom.
