The 'War on Drugs' and the criminalization of citizens that use medicinal and sacramental plants such as Cannabis Sativa / Indica have been victims of a policy based on racist concepts that have done more to divide and hurt Americans than protect them. It impinges on the individuals right to pursue their health and happiness and thwarts many forms of religious spiritual and creative expression in direct opposition to or constitutional rights.
