I would like President Obama to please explain to millions of Americans and veterans why the government discriminates against those without degrees. I've been in contact with a number of recruiters about jobs on contracts and I've been turned away because I don't have at least a 4 year degree. even with 5 years of military experience and 3 years of solid Sr. level experience working a position. Can you please explain why a person with degree would be better suited for position than me?
