The PUBLIC HEALTH of the People of Puerto Rico is in an INMINENT DANGER due to the insolvency of these Authorities. The P. R. Government is imposing very high taxes (IVA) to our people that would not benefit anyone. We do not have savings, we are poor, and we depend of the USA Billions of AID. WE CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT ELECTRICITY & WATER. Please expropriate and establish reasonable rates, then Rent them to Private Companies, with the Option to buy in three years. Please do these expropriations and reduce other Aids of all those billions you send. Please solve this CRISIS NOW. Bond Holders are HURTING US (the citizens) BADLY. Please do SOMETHIGG, We need your humanitarian aid as you do with none citizens elsewhere.
