The electoral vote we use for picking our president is out of date and does not speak for the people. The popular vote in the last two elections has not been the same as the electorate vote. The electoral vote was created when not everyone could read and one person honestly spoke out for the community. Now it does not have a place and mocks the people. Why should an electorate's one vote count more than the voice of the people? It can be bought and manipulated. Why do we fight for the freedom to choose when that choice is ignored or over ridden. Please vote to repeal the electoral vote and replace it with the popular vote which is the real voice of Americans.
