Please Get Rid of the Flexible Spending Accounts (Health Savings Accts) Use it or Lose it Rule. For Womens Health Rights

Please help get rid of the USE IT OR LOSE IT rule for all FSA accounts. We need to save money for Women's Health Care and our FSA accounts don't allow us to save up for having babies or to pay for cancer medication because you have to use ALL of the money you save in the plan year.
You are forced to spend all of your FSA savings otherwise you LOSE ALL of your Health Care money. This helps Women and Mothers to plan for the future!!! Help women's health care by making all FSA's a full savings account by eliminating the USE IT OR LOSE IT RULE!
