This petition is for people, who really wants to help to other people. Now Vladimir Tischkin needs your help!! He lives in Kazakhstan, but he loves USA very much. He loves Americans like his family. He wants to try to live in USA, but to live and to work in USA, he should have a green card, but he has not green card.. He will pay all taxes, he will drive only american cars, he will help to old americans, he will not lie to anybody, he will defend USA from enemies and first of all, he will be very good citizen of America!!
