Please Sign this for my brother who has applied for employment based Green card in 2007. He came to the US in 2003 with a dream in his eyes ,strength in his hand and a determination that he will make it big in the USA 1st the economy went bad then the stress took a ride on his health. He can't progress in his career due to the rigidity in immigration laws The fact that after getting his I-140 to renew every two years is very stressful & costly. After 11 years he is only worse off with no money,no home, poor health and a life full of crushed dreams.Those who do not work enjoy social security, food stamps. housing and Medicaid where as those who work 50-60 hrs are left with nothing.Please consider a humanitarian factor in the Visa card process) .God Bless America.
