government is suppose to be neutral on religion and i am an atheist and have been turned into transient from this going on for around 16 years with perdition type weapons used and lately it has been going on day and night and my petitions are not helping much lately for only a short time we need solutions to longevity they must be paying off people to look the other way bless this nation with peace toward the innocent
