Petitioning The President of The United States, The Honorable Barack Obama; Dear Mr. President, please use your influence, and the influence of your office, to facilitate the indictment of Kim Jong Un, of North Korea, on charges of Crimes Against Humanity, in The World Court/The Hague, based not only upon recent first hand account's of condition's in North Korean prison camps, but also using whatever appropriate internal intelligence, that may possessed by The United States.
