On October 14, 2012, in Ho-Chi-Minh City, Vietnam, a young innocent girl names Nguyen Phuong Uyen, student of the University of Food Industry, expressed her patriotism by protesting against the violation of her sovereign country by the communist China. She was then kidnapped and taken away by the regime secret police. The government labeled her as a propaganda against the state, a common catch all tactic designed to intimidate, terrorize its own citizens in order to maintain absolute power and control over the country. Vietnamese are being deprived of every basic freedom and human rights, the very same rights the communist government promised to uphold and protect.
Please help secure Nguyen Phuong Uyen freedom, as well as freedom for all Vietnamese citizens.
